Choose how we can help you.

We offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet your individual needs. From your initial contact with us, our aim is to reply to your enquiry on the same day. We'll then work out the options available to help you and contact you via email or by personal consultation via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Our Travel Planning services start at £20 per hour and are based on the time taken to research your journey, send plans  to you and all subsequent discussions and questions between us. An estimated fee for this time will be sent to you before we commence work, and we are transparent showing you how this time is made up.

Once we have completed our research and sent our plan to you, we will also advise where you can purchase your tickets. However, if you choose not to book any of your travel yourself, our Bespoke Booking service covers this,  and we charge an additional £20.00 fee to arrange your tickets for you.

Initial Consultation

Contact us free of charge via our contact form and supply us with basic journey information such as travel dates, where you're going from and to, your preferred travel times and if you'd like to travel in 1st or 2nd class.

Travel Planning

Once we have all of the basic information about your trip, we can then offer services ranging from itinerary planning, timings and costing to where you can purchase tickets for your trip.

Bespoke Booking

We take care of your booking from start to finish, from itinerary planning to purchasing tickets for you.

Ticket Booking Windows

Each European country operates a booking window for tickets being available to book online, and until these are released, we’re not usually able to confirm precise prices and train departure times. There are two main updates to the European rail timetables, taking effect annually in early June and early December, with the latter update setting out the schedule of services and routes for the year ahead.

When considering your journey while planning your journey, we follow these booking windows for each country:

Austria Up to 12 months ahead
Czech Republic Up to 2 months ahead
Denmark Up to 2 months ahead
Eurostar Up to 330 days ahead
Germany 3 to 6 months ahead
Great Britain Up to 3 months ahead
Hungary Up to 2 months ahead
Italy Up to 6 months ahead
Spain 3 to 6 months ahead
Sweden Up to 6 months ahead
Switzerland Up to 6 months ahead

Overnight Sleeper Services

Night trains are an expanding method of travel between European countries, operated either by some of the state rail companies abroad or as initiatives from private companies offering more sustainable travel alternatives to flying.

Accommodation on these trains ranges from comfortable seating at the budget end, sharing a 4 or 6 berth couchette with others or more expensive private single or double cabins with shower facilities, and although they don't guarantee the level of comfort of an overnight hotel room, it's possible to leave one city late in the evening, have a few hours sleep, and then arrive in another city the following morning and have the benefit of a full day's exploration.

As examples, OBB, the Austrian rail company operate a number of NightJet services using Vienna as a hub, Euronight trains to various locations are operated as partnership between rail companies, and the private European Sleeper services, which operates routes from Paris and Brussels (ideal for their Eurostar connections to and from the UK) to Berlin, Prague and Milan.

Interrail Passes

Created in partnership with all of the European train operators in Europe, Interrail Passes give travellers access to unlimited travel across countries over longer periods.

Interrail Passes are available in 1st or 2nd class, as Flexi Passes or Continuous Passes, and are available at Youth, Adult, Senior and Senior rates:

Flexi Passes Continuous Passes
4 Days Within 1 Month 15 Days In A Row
5 Days Within 1 Month 22 Days In A Row
7 Days Within 1 Month 1 Month In A Row
10 Days Within 2 Months 2 Months In A Row
15 Days Within 2 Months 3 Months In A Row

Buying an Interrail pass can sometimes save money, especially with travel in one specific country, so it's worth comparing the cost of using one against a number of other rail tickets you buy separately. You will, however, have to buy mandatory seat reservations on some services for a little extra money as these are not included.
